Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:31 PM.
Roll Call: Chair David Greeman; Commissioners: Dan Freiberg, Paul Fields, John Braun, Gregory
Hubbard, Jim Breitbach (absent), and Mark Wolf; City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp, CM
Tina Goede (absent).
2.Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Paul Fields to approve agenda as written. Seconded by Commissioner Mark
Wolf. All in favor. Motioned carried. 6-0
3.Consider the following minutes:
3.1 November 9, 2022
Commissioner Dan Freiberg motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner John Braun. All in favor. Motion carried. 6-0
4.Open forum.
No comments were made.
5.Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Albertville Fire Department. - see attached documents - no one present
5.2 Elk River Fire Department. - see attached documents - no one present
5.3 Rogers Fire Department. - see attached documents - No one present.
5.4 Wright County Sherriff Department. - Sergeant Oltmanns- Presentation
More law enforcement service added to the cities contract with the city. 48-50 hours
per/day. Began in January. Sheriff’s office has a new tracking dog (Name: Norm). He will be on
patrol and may see him in the community occasionally. Sergeant Oltmanns answered a number
of questions asked by the commissioners.
No ambulance personnel present - Allina health, Elk River & CentraCare Health
