Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

1. Advisory Commission Interviews:
The City Council interviewed the following applicants:
A. Kathleen Baltos — Parks and Recreation Commission
B. Tracy Kincanon — Planning Commission
C. Aaron Stritesky — Planning Commission
D. Gary Boham — Public Safety Commission
E. Tami Stinski — Heritage Preservation Commission
F. Kurt Baldry — Public Safety Commission and Parks and Recreation Commission
G. Jacob Denman — Public Safety Commission
H. Mary Valerius — Planning Commission
I. Raymond Emry (*) — Planning Commission, Public Safety Commission, and Parks and
Recreation Commission
J. Kyle Heltemes — Planning Commission and Public Safety Commission
K. Loren Green — Public Safety Commission
L. Jim Penick — Planning Commission, Public Safety Commission, Parks and Recreation
Commission, and Heritage Preservation Commission
M. Brooke Nault — Heritage Preservation Commission
N. Norm Witteborg — Parks and Recreation Commission
After discussion the City Council concurred to:
Appoint Brooke Nault and Tami Stinski to the Heritage Preservation Commission; and
Appoint Loren Green, Kyle Heltemes, and Jacob Denman (Alternate) to the Public Safety
Commission; and
Appoint Aaron Stritesky and Tracy Kincanon to the Planning Commission; and
Appoint Jessica Schaffer, Kathleen Baltos, Kurt Baldry, Norm Witteborg, and Jim Penick
(Alternate) to the Park & Recreation Commission.

Advisory commissioners will serve four-year terms starting March 1, 2023, expiring on February
28, 2027; except Jessica Schaffer, Jim Penick and Jacob Denman expiring on February 28, 2026.
A resolution appointing the advisory commissioners as noted above will be added to the
February 13, 2023 City Council consent agenda for approval. City Clerk Etzel will notify all the
applicants.
2. Adjourn.
CM Goede motioned to adjourn at 10:01 PM, seconded by CM Dahl. All in favor. Motion
carried 5-0.
