AGENDA ITEM DETAILS RECOMMENDATION: City staff recommends the City Council accept the resignation of an advisory Commissioner. ARE YOU SEEKING APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT? IS A PUBLIC HEARING REQUIRED? No No BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION: City staff received a notice of resignation from Planning Commissioner Richard Nichols on March 20th. City staff is recommending the City Council appoint Charles Foster, who is currently appointed to the alternate seat on the Planning Commission. Mr. Fosters term will remain unchanged, to expire on February 29, 2024.
