No No BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION: This item was discussed at the July 14, 2014, City Council meeting with a recommendation to refer it to the Public Works Subcommittee for additional information and discussion. The additional information requested was provided to the Subcommittee on July 16. Following discussion the Subcommittee recommended a pay increase to Step 6 of Pay Grade 9 with the understanding that the increase is being granted due to the Boilers Licensure and related duties and current and future maintenance electrician duties. The Subcommittee further recommended this item be placed on the July 28 consent agenda for a SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS: ❑ ATTACHED X ❑ NONE POSSIBLE MOTION Please word motion as you would like it to appear in the minutes. Motion to increase Brad Sherrill's pay to Step 6, Pay Grace 9 effective on July 29, 2014, in recognition of Boiler's License and maintenance electrician duties and responsibilities.
