RESOLUTION NO: 2023-31
ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM
THE ROGERS-OTSEGO YOUTH BASEBALL ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, Rogers -Otsego Youth Baseball Association has made a cash donation of $500.00 to the City of
Otsego; and
WHEREAS, the donation to the City is for the purpose of supporting provisions of the T-ball program in
Otsego; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property
be accepted only with adoption of a resolution of the governing body; and
WHEREAS, the City sincerely thanks Rogers -Otsego Youth Baseball Association for their generous
donation and for its support of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the donation from the Rogers -Otsego Youth Baseball Association in the amount of $500.00
is hereby accepted.
