RESOLUTION NO: 2023-34
DECLARING CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY
AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING SALE
WHEREAS, City staff has concluded that the following items no longer serve any useful City function; and

Reznor Shop Heater
Rear Mounted PTO Mower
Aluminum Truck Rack
Kromer Field Painter
1999 VR-36H Asphalt Roller
Metal Skid Steer Tracks

Rear Mount Brine Tank
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute §471.345, subd.l7 outlines a municipality may contract to sell surplus property
using an electronic selling process in which purchasers compete to purchase the surplus property at the
highest price in an open and interactive environment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has met to discuss and review the surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the items listed above are hereby declared surplus City property.
2. City staff are hereby authorized to proceed with the disposition of the property in accordance with
Minnesota Statute.
