UTILITY & PAVING PLAN
1. Suggest Manhole rather than cleanout within paved areas. Manholes spacing would be
400' on straight sections rather than the 100' plastic cleanout.
2. A typical section for the parking lot and drives are required. This section shall be based
on a geotechnical engineer's recommendation.
3. Profiles are required for all storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and watermain.
4. New entrance to Kalland Avenue shall have concrete valley gutter and apron across.

2. The pavement section shall be based on a geotechnical engineer's recommendation.
