RESOLUTION NO. 95-5
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL HATER CHARGES FOR CALENDAR YEAR
1995.
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego has by ordinance established Municipal
utilities, including a Municipal Water System; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance establishing said utilities provides that
the yearly rates for provision of services shall be set by City
Council resolution.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1995 rate for water usage shall
be established at tj An per 1,000 gallons.
