CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP

1. Mayor Fournier will call Workshop to order.
Mayor Fournier called the Workshop to order at 5:09 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Larry Fournier; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Dan Scharber,
Jessica Stockamp and Mark Thorsted.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Judy Hudson, City Clerk/Zoning Adm.; Dan
Licht, City Planner; Andrew MacArthur, City Attorney; Ron Wagner, City Engineer and
Joe Pelawa, Assistant City Engineer.
2. Discussion of the proposed CSAH 42 Improvement Project.
Ron Wagner went over the proposed CSAH 42 Improvement Project. The Council
would like a 10 foot bike path and also discussed just putting the bike path on the east
side. They also discussed the option of constructing 88th Street on the east side of
CSAH 42 and different options for assessments.
3. Any other items.
Mike Robertson went over the SAC and WAC fees for the Super Target.
4. Adjourn.
The Workshop was adjourned at 6:28 PM.
