RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is,.proposed to improve all existing streets within the Mississippi
Shores 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Addition to the City of Otsego, by
constructing a bituminous overlay and other related improvements on said streets
and to ass-oss the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Hakanson Anderson Associates,
Inc. for study and that Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is instructed to report
to the council with all convenient speed advising the council In a preliminary way
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
