EMERGENCY CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Mayor Fournier called the Emergency City Council Meeting to order at 5 PM
for the purpose of considering adopting the Final AUAR (Alternate Urban
Area Review) for Gateway North Industrial Park.
Attending this Emergency City Council Meeting was Mayor Larry Fournier;
Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Jessica Stockamp and Mark Thorsted.
Absent was Councilmember Dan Scharber. Staff: Mike Robertson, City
Administrator; Judy Hudson, City Clerk; Dan Licht, City Planner; Gary
Groen, City Finance Director and Kathy Grover from Finance Department.
Dan Licht briefly went over the AUAR.
CM Heidner motioned to adopt the Final AUAR in accordance with
the Findings -of -Fact. Seconded by CM Stockamp. All in favor.
Motion carried.
CM Thorsted motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Stockamp.
All in favor. Motion carried.
Emergency Meeting adjourned at 5:07 PM.
