RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
(WITH MAILBOXES)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 95-11 of the Otsego City Council
adopted February 13, 1995, a report has been prepared by Hakanson Anderson
Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of all existing streets located
within the Mississippi Shores 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Additions to the
City of Otsego by constructing a bituminous overlay and other related improvements
on such streets and this report was received by the Council on March 27, 1995.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with
the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $322,890.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the
