RESOLUTION NO: 2023-64
PROVIDING APPROVAL OF THE LAYOUT FOR STATE PROJECT 8680-189
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has prepared a final layout for State Project 8680-189 on Trunl< Highway 94,
from 0.4 mile west of the Junction of TH 94 and TH 25 in Monticello to 0.4 mile east of CSAH 37 in Albertville within the City
of Otsego for roadway expansion and reconstruction improvements; and seeks the approval thereof, as described in
Minnesota Statutes 161.162 to 161.167; and
WHEREAS, said final layout is on file in the District 3 Minnesota Department ofTransportationoffice, Baxter, Minnesota, being
marked as Layout No. 113, S.P. 8680489, from R.P. 193+00.000 to 202+00.528.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That said final layout for the improvement of said Trunl< Highway within the corporate limits be and is hereby
approved.
