OF THE 2023 OTSEGO PRAIRIE FESTIVAL
WHEREAS, the following Sponsors have made cash donations to the City of Otsego for the 2023 Prairie Festival; and

WHEREAS, the donation to the City is for the purpose of supporting provisions of community events in Otsego; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted only with
the adoption of a resolution of the governing body; and
WHEREAS, the City sincerely thanks the aforementioned business and community organizations for their generous donation
and for the support of their community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINIVESOTAe
1. That the donations for the 2023 Otsego Prairie Festival are hereby accepted.
