Stockamp, and Mark Thorsted. Absent: Councilman Dan Scharber.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Judy Hudson, City Clerk/Zoning
Administrator; Karee Rowell, Deputy Clerk; Ron Wagner, City Engineer;
Ken Beck, Assistant City Engineer; and Andy MacArthur, City Attorney.
City Attorney Andy MacArthur gave his comments for the Quaday Avenue
Project.
Presentation of the Assessment Roll by City Engineer Ron Wagner.

Mayor Fournier closed the Public Hearing at 7:14 pm.
Motioned by CM Heidner to adjourn the meeting at 7:17 pm.
Seconded by CM Stockamp. All in favor. Motioned carried.
