Department in April of 2007; and
WHEREAS, Steven Springer has announced his retirement from the City of Otsego
Public Works Department effective October 31, 2023, after more than 16 years of
loyal and dedicated services and
WHEREAS, the City Council and City Staff would like to thank Steven Springer for his
many contributions, dedication and commitment to the City of Otsego and wish him
well in future endeavors and retirement.
That the City of Otsego Council hereby recognizes and honors Steven Springer
upon his retirement.
