Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:34 PM.
Roll Call: Chair David Greeman; Commissioners: Dan Freiberg, John Braun, Gregory Hubbard
(absent), Mark Wolf (absent), Loren Green, and Kyle Heltemes; City Council: Mayor Jessica
Stockamp, CM Tina Goede (absent) & Emergency Services Director Rausch
2. Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Daniel Freiberg motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by
Commissioner John Braun. All in favor. Motioned carried. 5-0
3. Consider the following minutes:

Commissioner John Braun motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Kyle Heltemes. All in favor. Motion carried. 5-0
4. Open Forum.
No one present
5. Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Albertville Fire Department.- No one present - see attached documents
5.2 Elk River Fire Department. No one present - see attached documents
5.3 Rogers Fire Department. No one present - see attached documents
5.4 Wright County Sherriff Department. Presentation
6. Emergency Services Director updates.
Provided update on fire apparatus and building contractors and someone designing the fire
department building.
7. Set Next Meeting.
Oct 10th, 2023 ****Fall clean-up 6pm
