RESOLUTION NO.
Approving Mn/DOT Agreement
WHEREAS The Minnesota Department of Transportation allows for reimbursement of
tuition for technical certification,
AND WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared by the Minnesota Department of
Transportation regarding said reimbursement,
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL:
1. The City Engineer and City Clerk are hereby authorized and ordered to sign said
agreement. Said signatures will enter the City into an agreement with the State
of Minnesota for said reimbursement.
