Special Meeting Parks Tour
July 18, 2023

Call to Order.
Chair Baltos called the meeting to order at 5:19 PM.
Roll Call: Chair Kitty Baltos; Commissioners: Angie Dehn, Liz Benoit, Jessica Schaffer,
Matt Danzl, Kurt Baldry
Absent: Commissioners: Norman Witteborg
City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp, CM Brittany Moores and Ryan Dunlap
Staff: Parks and Recreation Director; Nick Jacobs; City Planner; Dan Licht and
Recreation Coordinator; Connie Schwecke.
1. Tour Future Parks:
City Planner Licht and Parks and Recreation Director Jacobs lead
the parks tour. The commissioners toured six city parks; Otsego
Creek Greenway, Lily Pond Park, Mississippi Davis Farm Park,
Ashwood Park, School Knoll Park and Carrick’s Landing.
2. Adjourn.
Commissioner Dehn motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner
Schaffer. All in favor. Motion carried.
