Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call: Chair: Toni Seroshek; Commissioners: Chris Wilson, John Waldron, Kathleen Beaudry;
City Council: CM Brittany Moores.
2.Consider Agenda Approval:
Commissioner Wilson to approve the agenda as written. Seconded by Commissioner Beaudry.
All in favor. Motion carried. 4-0
3.Consider the following minutes:
3.1 August 10, 2022
Commissioner Beaudry motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Waldron. All in favor. Motion carried. 4-0
4.Updates:
4.1 Updates on City Council actions.
City Council CM Brittany updated OHPC on City Council Action Items.
4.2 Updates on Heritage Preservation items.
5.Prairie Festival.
Reviewed festival materials. Limiting paper/books due to threat of rain. Kathy, Chris and
John will set up and take the first half of the festival duty. Toni and former Commissioner Gail
Anderson will take the second half and the take down.
Our next meeting will be Tuesday, December 13th at 7PM. Chris will make a poster for the
festival, inviting citizens to join HPC with the idea that quarterly meetings will be an attraction.
Kathy will contact Kevin Lefebvre to see if he is still interested in joining us.
6.Adjourn.
Commissioner Wilson motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Beaudry. All in
favor. Motion carried. 4-0
