Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call: Chair: Toni Seroshek; Commissioners: Chris Wilson. City Council: CM Brittany Moores
Absent: John Waldron, Kathleen Beaudry.

4.Updates:
4.1 Updates on City Council actions.
City Council CM Brittany updated OHPC on City Council Action Items.
4.2 Updates on Heritage Preservation items.
5.Otsego Prairie Festival.
Discussed water damage to map. Discussed size of tent and how to properly display our
name banner in future.
6.SHPO Conference Review.
Discussed purpose of SHPO conference and our required attendance. Discussed topics
from recent conference.
7.New Members.
Tami Stinski has applied to be part of OHPC as she was present at the meeting. She was
given a set of history books to get started.
There is another applicant who CM Moores is aware of; unclear when she will attend.
8.Lefebvre Barn History.
Discussed getting copies of photos that John and Chris took. Will need to interview
Kevin Lefebvre to get history for write up. We want this for documentation but also to
possibly make a poster like those hanging in Prairie Center.

9. Ideas for New Projects.
Chris would again like to document local barns. She and John would photograph them
and interview owners for history.
We discussed other possible interviews. Also, Toni needs to complete the listing of
materials in our office.
