RESOLUTION NO: 2023-72
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
2024 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 13th day of November 2023, ordering Hal<anson Anderson to prepare
plans and specifications for the 2024 Street Maintenance Projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Hal<anson Anderson is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement, and are hereby directed and
authorized to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 13th day of November, 2023.
