RESOLUTION NO: 2023-74
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF STREETS WITHIN
VASSEUR'S OAK GROVE 3RD AND 4TH ADDITIONS AND HALLS 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD ADDITIONS
WHEREAS it is proposed to improve streets within Vasseur's Oal< Grove 3rd and 4th Additions and Halls 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Additions, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the proposed improvement, called the 2024 Street Renewal Project be referred to Hal<anson Anderson for
study and that they are instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it
should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for
affected parcels.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 13th day of November, 2023.
