City Staff is recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #1 to Traut Companies.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This pay application is for mobilization, drilling and casing, gamma log, and permit fees. Most of the work on the project
still needs to be completed.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the maximum of 5% retainage of work completed, which
amounts to $4,844.75 at this time.
