City staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution accepting public improvements.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
All project improvements have been completed and all as-built plans have been accepted, and the warranty period has
ended. The Wetland Bank Credit Withdrawal Verification has been received and all landscaping is complete and
acceptable.
Staff recommends that all public improvements be finally accepted.

Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-11 accepting all public improvements associated with GCC of America – Otsego,
ending the warranty period, and releasing the remaining financial securities.

RESOLUTION NO: 2024-11
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
GCC OF AMERICA – OTSEGO
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plan of GCC of America (the “plan”); and
WHEREAS, the City and Developer entered into a Site Improvement Performance Agreement and recorded with Wright
County regarding approval of the plan and installation of required public improvements within Otsego Industrial Park 6th
Addition; and
WHEREAS, all public improvements, including wetland replacement have been completed; and
WHEREAS, all public improvements were constructed in accordance with City standards, Code and approved plans within the
plat; and
WHEREAS, the Wetland Bank Credit Withdrawal Verification has been received and all landscaping is complete and
acceptable, and all remaining items have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. The warranty periods have come to an end and completion of all required items are accepted; the improvements shall
be finally accepted.
