City staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution accepting public improvements.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
There are no public improvements within the public easements and public right-of-way. All project improvements have
been completed, testing has passed, all as-built plans have been accepted, and the warranty period has ended.
Staff recommends that all public improvements be finally accepted.

Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-12 accepting all public improvements associated with Parkview Retail 2nd Addition, Lot
1, Block 1, ending the warranty period, and releasing the remaining financial securities.

RESOLUTION NO: 2024-12
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
PARKVIEW RETAIL 2ND ADDITION, LOT 1, BLOCK 1
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plan of Parkview Retail 2nd Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, (the “plan”); and
WHEREAS, the City and Developer entered into a Site Improvement Performance Agreement and recorded with Wright
County regarding approval of the plan and installation of required public improvements within the Parkview Retail 2nd
Addition, Lot 1, Block 1; and
WHEREAS, all public utility improvements, including watermain and services, have been completed; and
WHEREAS, all public improvements were constructed in accordance with City standards, Code and approved plans within the
plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. The warranty periods have come to an end and completion of all required items are accepted; the improvements shall
be finally accepted.
