RESOLUTION FOR RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Otsego City Council adopted May 22,
1995, a report has been prepared by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with
reference to all existing roadways within the Island View Estates Addition to the City
of Otsego by construction on asphalt surface and other related improvements to such
streets and this report was received by the Council on June 12, 1995.
NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant of Minnesota Statues
Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$371,135.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the
July 1 1 , 1996 in the Council chambers at city hall at
�-:2012M and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing and improvement as required by law.
