Call to Order:
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
Roll Call:
Mayor Jessica Stockamp and Councilmembers
Tina Goede, Jeff Dahl, and Ryan Dunlap. City
Staff: City Clerk Audra Etzel. Absent: Councilmember Brittany Moores
1. Advisory Commission Interviews:
The City Council interviewed the following applicants:
A. Chris Wilson —Heritage Preservation Commission (Alternate)
B. Vern Heidner — Planning Commission
C. Charles Foster —Planning Commission
D. Judith Sibert — Public Safety Commission
E. Gary Boham — Public Safety Commission
F. Jim Penick — Public Safety Commission and Heritage Preservation Commission
G. Deacon Weinblatt — Planning Commission

I. Gregory Hubbard -Public Safety Commission
J. Stephanie McCool — Public Safety Commission and Planning Commission

After discussion the City Council concurred to:
Appoint Kelly Kiffinever , Jim Penick, and Chris Wilson (Alternate 2) to the Heritage Preservation
Commission; and
Appoint Vern Heidner and Charles Foster to the Planning Commission; and
Appoint David Greeman and Gregory Hubbard and Judith Sibert (Alternate) to the Public Safety
Commission; and
Appoint Stephanie McCool to the Park &Recreation Commission.
Advisory commissioners will serve four-year terms starting March 1, 2024, expiring on February
29, 2028.
A resolution appointing the advisory commissioners as noted above will be added to the
February 12, 2024, City Council consent agenda for approval. City Clerl< Etzel will notify all the
applicants.
