City Staff is recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #1 (Final) to Kuechle Underground.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The project has been completed and is ready for payment for the entire project.
After the well was completed, the connection to the well was revised to maintain isolation of the two aquifers until after
the double check valves were installed within the pumphouse. A hydrant was added to flush Well #10 when needed.
This additional construction increased cost by $4,302.00 above the quote; however, the project remains within budget.
