Call to Order:
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
Roll Call:
Mayor Jessica Stockamp and Councilmembers: Tina Goede, Brittany Moores, Jeff Dahl, and
Ryan Dunlap. City Staff: City Administrator/Finance Director Adam Flaherty, Assistant City
Administrator/Human Resources Sabrina Hille, City Attorney Dave Kendall, City Planner Daniel
Licht, and City Clerk Audra Etzel.
1. Elected Officials Training:
City Attorney Kendall reviewed a PowerPoint Presentation outlining several training topics for
elected officials including open meeting law, data practices, gift law, conflicts of interest, land
use, and social media.
City Administrator/Finance Director Flaherty asked Attorney Kendall to review the City's social
medial policy to ensure it is consistent with the information presented.
City Attorney Kendall discussed recent instances in the state where City Council meetings have
been disrupted through teleconference technology platforms. The City Council discussed and
concurred to continue offering the teleconference technology for viewing only and that public
engagement at the open forum or public hearings will not be available.
2. Ad'lourn.
CM Goede motioned LUOdjourn at 6:50 PM, seconded by CM Dahl. All in favor. Motion
carried 5-0.
