City Staff is recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #2 (Final) to Keys Well Drilling.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The project was completed in November 2023. The trial period on performance of the well and other components has
occurred with no issues. Final payment includes release of retainage.
