AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF OTSEGO TO PRO-
VIDE FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING
CLASSIFICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map
of the Otsego Zoning Ordinance is
hereby amended to change the zoning
Classification of the following
described property
PID# 118-010-001010 SORENSEN
RIDGE SUBDIVISION Property
located in Section 17, Township 121,
Range 23, Otsego 7bwnsite Blocks 1, 2,
3, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, 42, 43, 44, 45
46 and 47, Excepting therefrom the
N230 Ft. of the W250 Ft of Block 47,
said lands to include all the streets
adjoining or contiguous to the same,
all in the 7bwnsite of Otsego, accord-
ing to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the County
Recorder in and for Wright County,
City of Otsego, State of Minnesota.
Section 2. The above described
property is hereby rezoned from A-1,
Agricultural Rural Service District to
PUD, Planned Unit Development
District.
Section 3. The Zoning
Administrator is hereby directed to
make appropriate change in the offi-
cial zoning map of the City of Otsego
to reflect the change in zoning classifi-
cation as set forth above.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall
become effective immediately upon its
passage and publication.

Council this 8th day of April 1996.
