RESOLUTION NO: 2024-28
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
2024 STREET RENEWAL PROJECT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 26th day of February 2024, fixed a date for a Council Hearing on the
proposed improvement No. 24-03, the improvement of streets within Vasseur's Oak Grove 3rd and 4th Additions and Halls
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Additions; and,
WHEREAS, ten days mailed noticed and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given and the hearing was held
thereon on the 25th day of March, 2024, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered.
3. Hal<anson Anderson is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and are hereby directed and
authorized to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 25th day of March, 2024.
