AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 604 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO
LOT FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS AMID TO THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ACRES
ALLOWABLE FOR RESIDENCES AS PART OF THE ONE DWELLING PER 40 ACRE
DESIGNATION IN THE A-2, GENERAL

THE CITY COUNCIL OF:..THE CITY OF OTSEGO FOLLOWS: HEREBY ORDAINS AS
Section 1. The Otsego Zoning Ordinance, Section
604.5.(5)b.(I) is amended to read as follows:
"The division shall_ have a minimum of one hundred fifty
(150) feet of frontage on an improved public road or street.
Section 2. The Otsego Zoning Ordinance, Section 604.4,
Conditional Uses, is hereby revised by adding the following:
Residential lot sizes larger than two and one-half (2-1/2) acres
as part the "one per quarter -quarter" section division,
provided that,*
1. All other applicable provisions of Section 604.5.(5)
are meta
2. The lot size expansion is the result of:

tillable and marginal for use in agricultural

3. In no case shall the lot size exceed ten (10) acres.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall
