BACKGROU N D/J USTI FICATI ON:
As part of the 70th Street project, a right of way plat was required along the County State Aid Highway
#37 to provide easement for the reconstruction of said highway and the construction of the roundabout.
Attached is the Plat and we are recommending approval so the plat can be recorded in advance of the
construction starting next year.
