COUNTY OF WRIGHT Redevelopment Plan for the City of
CITY OF OTSEGO Otsego was held this 9 day of Nov.,
1992, at 7:00 PM. Norman F. Freske,
Mayor, Doug Lindenfelser, Floyd Roden, Larry Fournier, and
Ron Black, Council Members, Jerome Perrault, Clerk, James
Barthel, Treasurer, Elaine Beatty, Deputy Clerk/Zoning
Administrator, Judy, Hudson, Secretary, and Bill Radzwili,
Attorney, were present.
The Hearing was called to order by Mayor Norman F.
Freske .
Attorney Bill Radzwill addressed the Hearing and advised
the Council that they need to adopt a Resolution accepting
the Redevelopment Plan for the Otsego Community Center
Project.
Motion by Larry Fournier to adopt the Resolution
accepting the EDA Redevelopment Plan for the Otsego Community
Center Project. Seconded by Floyd Roden, all Council
Members voted in favor of the motion.
The full text of the Resolution is attached to these
minutes.
• Ron Black noted that no one was present at the Hearing.
Motion by Ron Black to close the Hearing. Seconded by
Doug Lindenfelser, all Council Members voted in favor of the
motion.
Motion by Ron Black to sell bonds to the Security State
Bank of St. Michael at the terms outlined by Bill Radzwili
with the interest at 6%, fifteen year maturity and callable
in 5 years. Seconded by Doug Lindenfelser, all Council
Members voted in favor of the motion.
Motion by Ron Black to adjourn the Hearing. Seconded by
Larry Fournier, all Council Members voted in favor of the
motion.
