RESOLUTION NO: 2024-01
DESIGNATING AN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners shall, annually at its first meeting of the year, designate a legal newspaper of general
circulation in the City as its official newspaper, in which shall be published such matters as are required by law to be so
published and such other matters as the Board of Commissioners may deem advisable and in the public interest to have
published in this manner; and
WHEREAS, the Star News is a qualified newspaper in accordance with Minnesota Statute §331A.02.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OTSEGO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTAa
The Star News is designated as the official newspaper of the Otsego Economic Development Authority, effective
immediately.
