WHEREAS, the City of Otsego Economic Development Authority (EDA) adopted
Bylaws when the EDA was established in 1992; and,
WHEREAS, the EDA reviewed the Bylaws and determined amendments are
needed; and,
WHEREAS, the EDA at its Board meeting on December 10, 2012, discussed the
recommended changes and directed staff to prepare amended Bylaws; and,
WHEREAS, the existing Bylaws allow the Bylaws to be amended by resolution
approved by at least three of the members of the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority
of the City of Otsego that the Amended Bylaws dated January 14, 2013, are hereby
approved, adopted, and in full force and effect.
