adjournment of the City Council
Meeting. Larry Fournier, President, Doug Lindenfelser, Floyd
Roden, Ron Black and Norman F. Freske, Commissioners, Jerome
Perrault, Secretary, Elaine Beatty, Deputy Secretary, James
Barthel, Acting Treasurer, and William Radzwill, Attorney,
were present.
The meeting was called to order by President

December 14, 1992, Resolution which adopted and approved the
Loan agreement between the Bank of Elk River and the EDA.
The Bank of Elk River has requested that the wording "Bonds"
to be changed
to "Non -Recourse Notes". All other aspects of
