EDA MEETING
DUNE 26, 1995
OTSEGO CITY HALL
Larry Fourniex, President, called meeting to order at 6:35 PM.
Liz Wilder, Chair of EDAAC, interviewed three candidates and selected a final
recommendation for the position. Tim Eng was the recommended appointee.
Ron Black motioned to appoint Timothy R. Eng as Business Data Base Intern.
Seconded by Norman F. Freske. All in favor. Motion carried. Discussion: Mayor
Freske was concerned with 300 hours being enough time for this project.
Vern Heidner motioned to accept the EDAAC selection of the Third Industrial Site,
and to pass this recommendation on to the Planning Commission to develop a report
by the end of the year. Seconded by Ron Black. All in favor. Motion carried.
Discussion: There was discussion on rezoning and if this should be part of the
Planning Commission discussion. Vern Heidner said yes it would be part of the
discussion. The EDA would like this to be acted on promptly.

Phyllis Boedigheimer requested the EDA to set another meeting date.
Ron Black motioned to set an EDA Meeting on August 28,1995, at 6:30 PM.
Seconded by Norman Freske. All in favor. Motion carried.
Vern Heidner motioned to adjourn.. Seconded by Suzanne Ackerman. All in favor.
Motion carried.
