President Larry Fournier, called the EDA Meeting to order at 9:48 PM.
Roll Call: EDA Members: Larry Fournier, Suzanne Ackerman, Larry Fournier, Mark
Berning and Virginia Wendel.
Staff: Otsego City Staff, Elaine Beatty and Judy Hudson,
Member Heidner motioned to adopt the August 21,1996 EDA Meeting Minutes.
Seconded by Member Ackerman,
Voting For the Motion: Members Heidner, Ackerman and Fournier.
Abstaining: Berning and Wendel.
Motion carried.
President Fournier opened the nominations.
From City Council:

Heidner motioned Fournier as President.
Seconded by Berning.
Heidner motioned to close the nominations. Seconded by Berning.
Alt in favor. Motion carried.

Heidner motioned Berning as Vice President. Seconded by Wendel.
Fournier motioned to close nominations. Seconded by Heidner.
All in favor. Motion carried.

Heidner motioned to close nominations. Seconded by Berning.

Heidner motioned to accept the same ballot as last year. Seconded by Fournier.
All in favor. Motion carried.
Ackerman amended the motion to have Judy Hudson as Assistant Treasurer and
Carol Olson as Assistant Secretary. Seconded by Fournier.
All in favor. Motion carried.

President Fournier set the first regular EDA Meeting for February 10, 1997, following the
regularly schedule City Council Meeting.
Berning motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Fournier.
