Corporal Blitz and Mayor Stockamp reported that a citizen had wanted to be at the meeting to speak but
had a scheduling conflict and couldn’t attend. He will attend at a later date. He was concerned about
crime in Otsego. Deputy Banto and Corporal Blitz provided information on crime in Otsego. Crime is
down since 2016. Call volume is up but generally crime is down. Northstar continues to have a number
