City Staff is recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #7 for the Well 11 Project.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This pay application is for water analysis.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the maximum of 5% retainage of work completed, which
amounts to $20,448.68 at this time.
