ITEM 3.2A 9.8.2014 MinutesI-rFEice 3-2A► OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OTSEGO PRAIRIE CENTER September 8, 2014 7:00 PM Call to Order. Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Jason Warehime, Doug Schroeder and Tom Darkenwald. Staff: Lori Johnson, City Administrator; Daniel Licht, City Planner; Ron Wagner, City Engineer; Andy MacArthur, City Attorney; Dan Jordet, Administrative Services Director and Tami Loff, City Clerk. Pledge of Allegiance: Mayor Stockamp led in the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. Open Forum. No items. 2. Consider agenda approval. CM Heidner motioned to approve as written. Seconded by CM Schroeder. All in favor. Motion carried. 3. Consent Agenda. Non -controversial items 3.1 Approve Claims List. 3.2 Approve City Council Meeting Minutes. A. August 25, 2014 Meeting. B. August 25, 2014 Special Meeting. 3.3 Approve Resolution 2014-58 accepting Otsego Prairie Festival Donations. 3.4 Pay Estimates/Requests: A. Final Payment for the La Beaux Avenue Improvement Project in the amount of $16,825.02 to Fehn Companies, Inc. 3.5 Approve City of Otsego Road Right-of-way Plat #2. 3.6 Approve Resolution 2014-59 allowing Nathe 101 Market use of the official City logo advertising the Harvest Corn Maze and Fall Festival event for 2014. Mayor Stockamp noted she was not in attendance at the August 25 meetings. CM Heidner motioned to approve. Seconded by CM Schroeder. All in favor. Motion carried. 4. Administration: 4.1 Accept Resignation from Planning Commissioner Tammie Fallon. City Clerk Loff said Commissioner Tammie Fallon has relocated out of the city and has submitted her resignation. City staff will post the opening on the City website and in the next Otsego View along with the open alternate position. The City Council concurred. CM Darkenwald and the rest of the Council thanked Ms. Fallon for her service. CM Darkenwald motioned to accept Tammie Fallon's resignation from the Planning Commission and thank her for her service to the city. Seconded by CM Heidner. All in favor. Motion carried. 5. City Council Reports and Updates. No items. 6. Staff Reports and Updates. City Planner Licht said there will be a Planning Commission meeting next Monday, September 15. 7. Adjourn.
