Call to Order.
This mee1ng was called to order at 6:57 PM.
Roll Call: Chair: Toni Seroshek, Commissioners Jim Penick, Kelly Kiffmeyer, Brooke Nault, and
Tami S1nski.
City Council: CM BriGany Moores
1. Consider Agenda Approval:
Commissioner Nault to approve the agenda as wriOen, seconded by Commissioner SPnski. All
in favor. MoPon carried 5-0.
2. Consider the following minutes:
2.1 October 8, 2024.
Commissioner SPnski moPoned to approve the minutes as wriOen, seconded by
Commissioner Kiffmeyer. All in favor. MoPon carried 5-0.
6. New Park Sign
7. New ideas and mee1ngs over winter
OHPC will put a hold on all mee1ngs over the winter, restar1ng the second Tuesday in March,
2025. Commissioner Seroshek shared two AI transcribed interviews, using TurboScribe.ai and
NoGa, from tapes da1ng back to 1998. Toni has transferred the old casseGes containing
interviews into MP3 format and would like would like these all transcribed. Toni will dig further
into this over the break.
Commissioner Nault and Commissioner Kiffmeyer will start researching names in the cemetery
folder for a poten1al cemetery tour. Commissioner Nault will check out the free webinars via th
e Texas Historical Commission.
Commissioner Kiffmeyer will look into expanding the living history near the 101 market.
Commissioner Seroshek men1oned an old corn stand that used to be located in that area before
the market came about. Toni men1oned LeFevre would probably have informa1on or poten1al
photo of this for comparison.
Item 3.1
Commissioner Nault will look into what is involved in star1ng a Time Capsule for Otsego.
Commissioner S1nski will share her notes.
