CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2011

1. Mayor Stockamp will call the workshop to order.
Deputy Mayor Vern Heidner called the meeting to order at 5 PM.
Roll Call: Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Dan Scharber, Tom Darkenwald and
Doug Schroeder. Mayor Jessica Stockamp arrived at,5:20 PM.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Tami Loff, City Clerk; Gary Groen,
Finance Director; Daniel Licht, City Planner; Ron Wagner, City Engineer; and
Andy MacArthur, City Attorney.
2. Review of Feasibility Report for a Municipal State Aid Street.
City Engineer Wagner reviewed the Region 7W meeting and their 2011
Transportation candidate project list and the 70th Street Feasibility Report. City
Engineer Wagner said that Otsego was not chosen for Federal funding.
CM Scharber asked the estimate of the project. City Engineer Wagner said
$2,596,153. The City Council discussed other options for the project.
