met, another year’s inspection is scheduled; outside of those inspections future inspections are
complaint based.
Chair Offerman asked about conflicts of interest. City Attorney Kendall advised that if a
commissioner is concerned about a potential conflict of interest, they should contact City staff
in advance of the Planning Commission meeting to discuss if a conflict exists and appropriate
actions.
Commissioner Foster asked about a conflict of interest if approached by person considering an
application that would come before the Planning Commission. City Planner Licht
recommended that the commissioners in this situation direct the person to contact City staff.
