TRUTH -in -TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING
MONDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2004

1. Mayor Fournier call the Public Hearing to order.
Mayor Fournier called the Public Hearing to order at 6 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Larry Fournier; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Virginia
Wendel, Jerry Struthers and Dan Scharber.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Judy Hudson, City Clerk/Zoning
Administrator; Brad Belair, Public Works Supervisor and Gary Groen, City
Accountant.
Council -elect; Jessica Stockamp.
2. Staff presentation.
Mike Robertson briefly went over the 2005 proposed City's Tax Levy.
3. Mavor Fournier open the Public Hearing for comments.
Mayor Fournier opened the Public Hearing for Public Comments at 6:05 PM.
Jeff Schoen, 8532 Kadler Avenue NE, asked when he can go over his valuation.
Mayor Fournier explained a notice will be sent to all property owners next year
prior to the Board of Review, which is held in April, and where the assessor and
City Council will take comments on valuation.
Michelle Skrypec, 8328 Parkview Avenue NE, also wanted an explanation on her
valuation and she will wait for the April Board of Review.
4. Close the Public Hearin4.
Mayor Fournier closed the Public Hearing at 6:11 PM.
5. Adjourn.
Mike Robertson went over minor budget changes on Pages 20 and 21.
CM Scharber motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Wendel. All in favor.
Motion carried.
Adjourned at 6:25 PM.
