CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION WORKSHOP

1. Mayor Fournier call the Workshop to order.
Mayor Fournier called the Workshop to order at 7 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Larry Fournier; Councilmembers: Virginia Wendel and
Jerry Struthers. Absent: Vern Heidner and Dan Scharber.
Planning Commission Members: Chair Richard Nichols, David Thompson, Pam
Black, Tammie Fallon, Doug Hackman and alternates Tom Darkenwald and Troy
Watring .
Excused absence: Jim Kolles and Steve Schuck.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Judy Hudson, City Clerk/Zoning
Administrator and Dan Licht, City Planner.
2. Discussion of Land Use Plan.
Dan Licht presented the Planner's Report. There was considerable discussion on
land use issues. Commissioner Thompson noted on Page 26 #6 the word can
should be changed to cannot. Dan Licht noted he would revise the plan based
on the comments. Discussion will continue in another Council -Planning
Commission Workshop on Monday, August 16, 2004 at 7 PM.
