PUBLIC HEARING

1. Mayor Fournier call the meeting to order.
Mayor Fournier called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Larry Fournier; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Virginia
Wendel, Jerry Struthers and Dan Scharber.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator and Judy Hudson, City Clerk.
2. Staff presentation
Since there was no public attendance Mike said the budget is balanced and
briefly went over the published notice.
3. Mayor Fournier open the Public Hearing for comments
Judy Hudson attested the proper publishing was done.
Mayor Fournier opened the Public Hearing at 6:33 PM.
4. Close the Public Hearing
As there was no public in attendance there was no public input and Mayor
Fournier closed the Public Hearing at 6:33 PM.
5. Adjourn.
Mike Robertson briefly went over the tomorrow evening's Transportation Meeting
and the Comprehensive Schedule.
CM Scharber motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Mayor Fournier. All in
favor. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 6:59 PM.
